The low price guarantee does not apply to used or returned items. Please notify us via email with the website and product number for a comparison. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of TiffanyLampDeals.com (Market Online, Inc.).

Canceled Orders

A 15% process cancellation fee will apply to all orders canceled that have been processed for shipping.

Returns and Refunds

We urge you to take immediate attention when your delivery arrives and take the time to look over the products carefully for damage and suitability. If you are not satisfied, you must email us at info@tiffanylampdeals.com within 7 days of arrival. We will provide return instructions.  We cannot accept returns on merchandise you have used, installed, altered or damaged. The item must be in original purchase condition for a refund minus a 30% re-stocking fee. Please repackage the items in the original packaging box and return using the same carrier as the delivering carrier. Please be sure to insure the package for the amount. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

NOTE: Custom requested orders are NOT refundable.

Damaged Merchandise

Any damage duie to freight handling or factory defect will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge to you. Please email us at info@tiffanylampdeals.com within 7 days of receipt of products and include your Billing Name & Order Number.
